The indoor and outdoor unit are installed on the same wall, with a maximum of 4 metres between the indoor and outdoor units.
The outdoor unit is mounted on plastic feet, and if it is a garden or grass installation we install a Polyslab base to give a firm surface for the outdoor unit to site on, and prevent weeds and other growth around the unit.
All fittings are UV protected, fixtures are galvanised or stainless to prevent rusting.
A waterproof switch is installed next to the unit and the wired to a suitable local power source.
All wall penetrations are silicon sealed and are 100% weatherproof​
For Plaster/polystyrene walls, we silicon seal every screw and bolt

It is a commercial installation, not residential
The wall is solid concrete, or concrete filled block
Access to the site is difficult, such as an apartment,
